All room rates are based on single or double occupancy and are subject to the
7.75% NYS sales tax and 3% occupancy tax.
Additional guests are charged $15 per person per day plus
tax above the room rate, not to exceed four guests per room. Children 12 and under stay free in parent's room.
The resort
has a NO PET policy.
IN SEASON RATES apply on MEMORIAL DAY WEEKEND.
Two night
minimum stay required on all weekends OFF SEASON & IN
SEASON except July 4th and Labor Day weekends when a three
night minimum stay is required.
One night's deposit is required; full refund is guaranteed if seven
or more days' advance cancellation notice is given. CHECK-in is at 3 pm and
CHECK- OUT is at 11 am.
The resort does not
have boat dockage or trailer parking on premises.
Cots are an additional $10 plus tax per day.
Refrigerators are an additional $5 plus tax per day and
Cribs an additional $5 plus tax per day. |
